Ohio National Day of Prayer, Inc.

On the first Thursday of May, this country celebrates the National Day of Prayer. It is a legal holiday passed by Congress.

In Ohio, the Ohio National Day of Prayer, Inc. (ONDP) coordinates activities in observance of the National Day of Prayer (NDP).

ONDP works with people all over Ohio to organize observances in their own counties, cities and townships. Prayer activities reflect our Founders' belief in corporate prayer and repentance. ONDP promotes prayer for the nation, the State of Ohio and its political subdivisions, for elected and appointed officials and their staff, law enforcement at all levels, students and our men and women in uniform everywhere.

ONDP adopts the NDP Task Force (www.ndptf.org) national theme each year. ONDP's concurrent, on-going annual theme is the motto of the State of Ohio, "With God All Things Are Possible."
